Ceramic Coating
What is it?
A transparent special coating is applied to your vehicle and then hardened over time (cured). It provides protection for the paint and helps keep road film off as well as make it easier to clean off anything stuck on (like bird droppings). Water beads right off the vehicle leaving less water stains.
Ceramic coating is best applied after a paint correction. Paint correction is the process of removing light scratches on a vehicle. In the video you can see the difference in paint, pay close attention to the swirls visible in the paint and see how it warps the light around it. Then you'll see the other side where it has been corrected to remove those swirls.
Ceramic coating can also be applied to leather seats to help prevent fading and stains from spills, can also help with preventing discoloration from cigarette ash.

What is it?

Vehicle Wraps
What is it?
A vehicle vinyl wrap describes the automotive aftermarket practice of completely or partially covering a vehicle's original paint with a vinyl wrap of a different color, and sometimes the same color with a differing finish like a gloss, matte or clear protective layer.
In the video here, you see the CEO of Carbon Detailing Canada wrapping the fender of a Tesla. You can also use wraps as a way to "chrome delete" as a good way to keep the chrome intact but still hide it.

Paint Protection Film
What is it?
Paint protection film (PPF) is applied to painted surfaces of a new or used car in order to protect the paint from stone chips, bug splatters, and minor abrasions. This film is also used on airplanes, RVs, cell phones, electronics, screens, motorcycles and many other areas.
We've applied PPF to customers' counter tops made from various materials (like marble, granite, and more) to protect from scratches, stains leaving discoloration, and also for easier cleaning.
